The space
In the quiet charm of Tumbak Bayuh, Villa Romance is a little sanctuary where tropical elegance meets homely comfort. Here, mornings begin with sunlight reflecting on the pool, afternoons pass in the gentle warmth of the air, and evenings invite you to unwind in your own private space. One of the most enchanting features of Villa Romance is its pool area. A sleek, stone bridge gently curves over the turquoise water, creating a picturesque centerpiece and connecting the lounge space to the rest of the villa. Framed by tropical plants and soft natural light, it’s an inviting spot to take a morning dip, sit with your feet in the water, or simply enjoy the serene atmosphere while you relax. The layout encourages a seamless flow between indoor comfort and outdoor bliss.
Inside, both bedrooms are on the ground floor, each with an ensuite bathroom, hot and cold shower, and plenty of space to make yourself at home. Whether you’re on holiday or working remotely, you’ll have the privacy and comfort to settle in with ease.
The living area is enclosed and air-conditioned, designed for comfort with a cozy lounge and a TV with Netflix for relaxing nights in. The fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare your own meals or simply enjoy a morning coffee without leaving the villa.
Head up to the rooftop and you’ll find one of Villa Romance’s most peaceful spots, complete with sun loungers, a cozy sitting area, and open views of the rice fields and village. At the center of this space is a Jacuzzi with gentle bubbles, perfect for a refreshing soak in the morning or a relaxing dip before sunset, when the rooftop is bathed in softer light. Please note that the Jacuzzi does not have a heating or temperature control system, as Bali’s warm climate makes it naturally ideal. Whether you’re soaking up the sun, enjoying the breeze, or watching the sky change colors, this rooftop is designed for serene, quiet moments.
There’s space to park a couple of scooters comfortably. We recommend scooters, as the alley isn’t suitable for car parking, but cars can still access the villa to drop you off or pick you up.
Daily cleaning is included (six days a week), and the pool is maintained twice a week. Our 24/7 concierge team is always just a message away, happy to help with anything you need, from arranging massages or scooter rentals to sharing local tips, so you can enjoy Bali with ease and comfort.
Guest access
You will have exclusive and private access to the entire villa and its facilities. Our team provides daily cleaning six days a week, while pool and garden maintenance is done 2–3 times a week. If you prefer not to be disturbed on certain days, just let me or my onsite staff know in advance, and we’ll be happy to adjust the schedule to ensure your full privacy.

• PAKING SPACE?
There is parking space for a couple of scooters only.
• HOW CAN I ORGANIZE SOME SERVICES DURING MY STAY?
You can either pre-book services with me online before arrival, or arrange any kind of services, activities, or tours with our Concierge onsite, available 24/7 via WA.
• CAN YOU PRE-FILL THE FRIDGE FOR ME BEFORE I ARRIVE?
Yes! We can make some groceries for you upon request. Just let me know in advance and we will send you the payment request to pay for the groceries via Airbnb along with the invoice for them (note that we charge a 10% service fee on the bill).
• DO YOU PROVIDE LAUNDRY SERVICES?
We can assist you into bringing your clothes to a nearby laundry. Avoid giving fragile clothes, and remember to check all items when brought back to you to make sure nothing is missing or damaged.
• SHOULD I EXPECT TO ENCOUNTER MOSQUITOES, INSECTS OR OTHER ANIMALS?
Bali being a tropical Island, mosquitoes & insects are everywhere. While we do organize fogging twice per month to limit as much as possible their number, we do advise guest to bring their own mosquito repellent, or use the ones provided at the villa if any. it is also common to spot other exotic animals (lizards, bats, ants etc), especially in gardens & open spaces. All of which are harmless, and part of local everyday life.
