Nestled in the hills near Montgomery Center & Jay Peak, our 4-bed retreat offers total seclusion and sweeping natural light. Surrounded by forest with no houses in sight, it’s a place to slow down and breathe or launch into adventure—skiing, hiking, biking, swimming and more. With a sauna, games room, open-plan living, and berry bushes, this well-loved home welcomes every season with quiet beauty.

The space
Dill's Hill with its soaring windows brings the beauty of the outdoors inside. Everywhere you look you see Mother Nature at its finest and it is hard to believe that you are only 15 minutes from a world class ski resort.

Yet despite the seclusion and privacy you have the speed of Starlink wifi connectivity, all modern conveniences including a terrific sauna downstairs just perfect to help with aching muscles after x-country skiing, snowshoeing or hiking on the 25 acres of wilderness surrounding Dill's Hill.

It is a home that exudes taste, quality and charm and one that is clearly loved.

Other things to note
Dill's Hill is a gorgeous, secluded property at the end of a long, winding driveway. Although we have an excellent plow driver, due to the extreme winter weather that makes the Jay Peak area such an awesome winter destination, it does mean that 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive vehicles are a must for winter access. The snow clearing policy in the area is always permanent residents first followed by the vacation properties. Our plow driver is always aware of when the property is occupied and will do his best to clear the driveway early but sometimes, this is not always possible. Guests staying at Dill's Hill in winter need to be aware of this.
