At 8 mn walk from the TGV train station, 7 mn walk from the halls, humm the fish is ultra fresh and cheap, but by bike it is right next door (3 bicycles provided). Free parking at 300 m. The first creek to dip is a few minutes by bike (in the town on the mole, you are in sète). One can also fish the seabream in front of the loft without a license.

Interaction with guests

We welcome you and show you our favorite places, after you are at home.
In principle we only rent during the school holidays.

Other things to note

At sete, there is the beach very close, ok, but there are also ultra-fresh fish sometimes live and cheap, there is the omnipresente gastronomy, the crowded canals and the jousts, the very frequent bands that animate the City, an incredibly rich cultural offer for a city of 40,000 inhabitants.
We love and participate.

Great location, right across the street from the water. Well equipped kitchen, everything you need. Very unique apartment, lovely secluded courtyard. Well run Airbnb, we were meet by Jean and his family and given great suggestions for restaurants, bars and groceries. Would certainly stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay in Jean's unique apartment in Sete. Jean was very welcoming and recommended lots of places to eat and drink around the town. I particularly liked the bars around the Criee. Jean's place was full of unusual artistic features that we all loved. We are a family a of four and felt like there was plenty of open space yet still had our own more private spaces if required! I would recommend it for those looking for somewhere interesting to stay.

Our host Jean mreally made our short trip to France very special. We arrived a little early but he accommodated us well, telling us where to go around the town of Sete for the best experiences. After an afternoon wandering around Sete, we had been invited to a party at the neighbours by Jean. This party was excellent, we shared wine, food and laughter. A really special invitation from Jean. The apartment is very unique, lots of very interesting art and the bedroom itself is amazing. The kitchen and outdoor cooking facilities were very useful after a great trip to the local fish market. Ideal location of the town and a superb host. We would love to come back!

Christine nage beaucoup, Jean presque jamais !
Maigres comme des clous à 55 ans malgré la bonne chaire. A désespérer !
Nous n'aimons pas les gens qui râlent tout le temps !!!!! ni ceux qui mettent plein de ! dans leurs textes.
