Situated mid-island, Chasing Sunshine offers peaceful surroundings while keeping you just a short drive or trolley ride away from Times Square, Santini Plaza, Lynn Hall Park, and local dining and entertainment. With its convenient location along Estero Boulevard, getting on and off the island a breeze. You’re also just 20–40 minutes from Sanibel Island, the Edison & Ford Winter Estates, the Fort Myers River District, and Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW).

Inside, Chasing Sunshine was designed with comfort, beauty, and functionality in mind. The home features central air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, Roku Smart TVs in every bedroom, and a washer and dryer located on the top floor for added convenience. Parking is available for two vehicles, one in the garage and one in the driveway.

After parking, take the steps up to the main level where you’ll find the heart of the home. This level features a large, fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare delicious meals, including stainless steel appliances, ample cookware, dishes, and utensils. A spacious dining table seats six comfortably, with four additional barstools at the kitchen island. The open living room is a welcoming space for relaxing or gathering with your group, and it opens onto a private balcony with elevated views of the Gulf. Also on this level is the first of five guest bedrooms. This bedroom features a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. A beautifully designed half bath is also located on this floor for guest convenience.

Head upstairs to the top level to find the remaining three guest bedrooms, all thoughtfully designed with queen-size beds and inviting decor. One of these bedrooms includes its own en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The other two share a spacious hallway bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and double vanity. One of the bedrooms also includes private balcony access, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or a sunset breeze. The crown jewel of Chasing Sunshine is the luxurious primary suite, also located on the top level. This serene retreat features a queen-size bed, balcony access with stunning views, and a grand en suite bathroom. The primary bath includes a spacious walk-in shower, a freestanding soaking tub, and an oversized vanity, offering a true spa-like experience.

Step outside to enjoy everything that makes this home unforgettable. The private pool deck is designed for fun and relaxation, featuring a heated pool and hot tub, an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach, and plenty of space to unwind while soaking up the sun. And best of all, you’re just steps from the shoreline.
