The space
Our 116-acre sanctuary is a haven of luxury and fun, designed to make your group’s stay extraordinary. We offer over 5,000 sq. ft., 6 bedrooms, and separate wings with themed rooms! With 16 beds (including doubles, queens, or kings, depending on room configuration) and 4 pullout sofas, there’s ample space for everyone to rest comfortably. The 4.5 bathrooms ensure convenience, with modern fixtures and plenty of room.
The heart of the estate is the party-lighted courtyard, where twinkling lights create a magical ambiance for evening gatherings. Fire up the Blackstone grill for a group barbecue or relax by the mesmerizing 100 ft. water feature. The 3300 sq. ft. artificial lawn is perfect for friendly volleyball matches or outdoor games (upon request w/fee), while the putting green adds a touch of sophistication for golf enthusiasts. Newly added 4,000 sq ft pavilion with concrete perfect for pickleball (upon request w/fee). Photo opportunities abound with the expansive and majestic backdrop of Laramie Peak.
Inside, the fully stocked kitchen is a chef’s dream, equipped with everything needed to prepare meals for large groups. Gather around the 16+ seat dining table for shared meals, laughter, and memories.
We are a 5-minute drive from Glendo Reservoir's Sandy Beach Campground. The closest boat ramp is Indian Point. Enjoy fishing, ice fishing, boating, kayaking, hiking, archery, biking, cliff jumping, long walks at Sandy Beach and so much more!
The local marina and boat rental companies in the area offer captained boats, jet skis, paddle board rentals, kayaks and more! B&A Marina, Bellwood Boats.
Maximum overnight guests is 24 people. An additional per person fee per night will be assessed beyond 16 guests at $25 per person per night.
Guests will be required to sign a bunk-bed liability waiver prior to arrival. Offsite visitors are not permitted without prior approval from the host. Off-site guests, parties, events and weddings are not allowed per airbnb policy.

The estate has two wings— themed rooms on one side and standard/primary on the other. The first two rooms have a shared bathroom. The rooms in the end (primary and themed train room) have a private bathroom.
