Share my Magical Private Retreat...

The cottage is located ten minutes from downtown Eugene and The university. We are close to public transit and a fifteen min. or so bike ride along the River path to downtown Eugene. There is off street parking.
It is a quiet space conducive to reading , writing and meditating. Not just a place to stay, but a place to BE. It is private and peaceful. Wifi is available. There is no T.V. There is a stereo/ CD/ I phone dock for charging and music. Also a bookcase full of inspirational books.
It has a full kitchen, ( coffee & tea provided ) and bathroom with shower. There are wood floors, lots of windows and a gas fireplace. Lovely trees and a garden with a fire pit and tons of wood. The bedroom has a full size bed with nice linens, down pillows and comforter. There is a sweet reading nook adjacent to the bedroom.

The newest micro~brewery in town opened up down the block from us. "Planktown". Wonderful food and 18 North West Micro brews on tap. Also on our street is the Sprout building. It is an Old Stone church turned community Center and hosts a Friday Farmers Market from 3:00 to 7:00. We also have a Downtown art walk , third Friday of every month. Many quaint shops, antiques and second hand stores, all this with in easy walking distance from the Cottage.
Please note, there is an additional nightly fee for more than one guest. Most guests find it very comfortable and much more inviting than a hotel. Hope to see you soon!!!
This is a non~smoking/No PET property, Thank You

  • Everything Robin says about The Enchanted Cottage is true. I felt comfortable and inspired during my week-long stay. In fact, I stayed in the cottage and the beautiful Spring garden much more than I had anticipated. It was the perfect environment to work on a couple of writing projects. It was quiet yet convenient to the conference and class I was attending in the area. I am completely comfortable with her 'leave no trace' (my words) cleaning policy. It was very clean, and I willingly and lovingly maintained it to the best of my ability. I plan on returning if it is available next time I am in the area.

  • It was a difficult start in Eugene after I had driven 500 miles in one day, and my reservation elsewhere had not been honored. I was recommended to airbnb where I ended up at this charming cottage with the equally charming and hospitable Robin, the owner of the cottage. I slept the whole next day, and was comforted by a quiet and serene setting, and a surprisingly roomy space for one person. There are a total of 5 rooms of varying sizes at the cottage, living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and reading room. There is plenty of space in the yard as we'll to enjoy some outside time. The cottage also has everything you could need including a coffee maker and bean grinder, condiments such as sugar, honey, and herbs for cooking. and a full kitchen with pots, pans, and all the dishes you could need. And a full sized fridge. There is also a washer/dryer here that I used once. I mostly cooked for myself during my stay, so all of this was welcome. You should stay here if you value privacy, want all four walls to yourself, and need a nice respite from your daily living.

  • My fiance and I were passing through town on our drive up to Seattle. We had only planned to look for a quiet place to crash after a long drive, but after staying here we really wished we could have stayed longer. The cottage was so comfy and warm. Robin was really nice when we arrived, and directed us to some really great places to eat. Once we've settled into our new apartment, we'd like to go back to Eugene for a weekend and we will definitely stay here.

We felt at home immediately, celebrated our Honeymoon and the New Year in this sweet fairy kissed cottage. The couch is perfect for tea sipping and cuddling. The decor playful and peaceful. • Robin was so very helpful and flexible with our reservation process (which was over the course of 2 months due to our international move). Once here at the Enchanted Cottage we found it to be the perfect peaceful place for our transition. It has everything you need while away from home. Inside and out, the Enchanted Cottage is Springfield's best find! You won't find a better place. Thank you ROBIN (and Randy)! :)

Hello and Welcome.I love sharing and caring for the World around myself. Meeting new people and loving Life... This cottage is used for Reiki, bodywork and other spiritual healing practices. It is a very warm and loving space and people who stay here appreciate the calm energy. It is a great space for meditating and inner work practices and a very healing environment. Close to public transit. We are a short drive in to downtown Eugene and a twenty minute bike ride along the river. There is a beautiful yard with old growth maples, a fire pit with tons of wood and a lovely organic garden in the Summer. Also, the newest micro brewery in town, Planktown", just opened up on the corner of our street. Great food and 18 northwest taps. We are equal distance from Bend and the coast. There are also many local wineries in the area. The cottage is located right down the road from Autzen Stadium and the Cuthbert amphitheater for those Summer concerts. We love hosting new and interesting people and provide a home away from home atmosphere.
