  • Sara was very nice, as well as accessible. The place itself was exactly what we wanted; i.e. It was cool and right off the mall. Highly recommended.

  • Great. Sara was available when we had a question and very accomodating in letting us check out a bit later.

  • Sara's apartment is wonderful. My sister, mom, and I planned a last minute Mother's Day Weekend and Sara's apartment proved to be a perfect last-minute accommodation.

The apartment is equipped with a great kitchen as well as a clean bathroom. The bed in the loft is a little too comfortable - the gorgeous sunlight streaming in was not motivating enough to get me out of it. If you are fond of sleep, beware, it was a wise mattress choice. Sara was kind enough to set up an inflatable mattress for us - thank you Sara.

The location was prime. We had no problem walking to all of the restaurants and stores we had scoped out. Also, the apartment is located in what appeared to be a building with mostly offices so the building is wonderfully quiet at night.

If you are thinking about visiting Charlottesville, have no doubts about this apartment.

  • Exactly as pictured and described; location couldn't be more convenient; wonderful stay!

  • This loft is in a perfect location to downtown, which made it very easy for us to walk to restaurants, to the university and to access other features around town. Very nice to have a dedicated parking spot with good proximity to the downtown mall. The loft is clean and neat, Sara was very responsive and easy to work with. The only thing to be aware of is that there is quite a bit of street noise and light, which can be a bit of an adjustment if you are a light sleeper. The loft bed is fairly small, and if you have small children, would not be safe. But for my husband and I, this was a perfect spot. Thanks!

  • Perfect studio loft to stay in when visiting Charlottesville! 1 minute walk to downtown pedestrian mall, and easily accessible by car. I would definitely stay here again.

  • This is lovely loft, airy and bright. Located as conveniently as could be, we were able to make the most of the downtown mall's activities as well as of Charlottesville's beautiful surroundings. We loved our stay.

  • Had an amazing stay in this awesome studio. I stayed with my fiance for a long weekend and this was just the space we needed. 45 seconds to downtown and private parking were great perks as well.

Sara is an excellent host; I had forgotten my suit in the studio and gave her a call after I had returned to D.C. She arranged to meet me during her next trip to D.C. and dropped off the suit; it was even dry cleaned!

I would stay here again in a heartbeat if it wasn't for the fact that I am moving to Charlottesville come summertime. Sara - thanks for letting us stay in such an amazing spot.

  • Sara was responsive, respectful of our privacy, and made sure to have everything we needed set up well in advance -- coming and going was a breeze, and of course the location can't be beat! We very much enjoyed our stay, and look forward to the chance to stay in this charming studio once again someday.
