This 2BR / 1BA recently remodeled houseboat features stylish contemporary finishes and feels more like a luxe hotel suite than boat living. The houseboat sits waterside and offers 270 degree views of the bay, including Sausalito Hillside, Mount Tamalpais, Belvedere/Tiburon, Angel Island, and Alcatraz and SF in the distance. Best of all, the location is unbeatable and in the center of where all the action is: wine bars, dive bars, live jazz, award winning restaurants, and casual dining abound. Walk to ferry in 5 mins to go visit SF, or stay in and cook in the full kitchen and watch the sunset from the many decks. This is 500 sq ft of California indoor-outdoor living at its finest. Guests have access to a complimentary La Jolla beach cruiser, 2 stand up paddle boards, and kid and adult kayak (see pics).
Free 1 car parking. Free internet wi-fi and watch thousands of free movies, shows, live TV on Apple TV. Max occupancy is 4 adults and 2 kids, and that would be tight. Best fit is 2 adults and 2 kids.
Please note this is offered as a long term rental (30+ days) in compliance with all applicable laws and you will be required to sign a rental agreement evidencing such agreement.
Please remember that you are renting a private home. Please treat it with the same respect you would like shown in your own home. Please note that guests will be required to sign a separate rental agreement (provided upon confirmed booking) as well.
•Large Gatherings, house parties, etc. are absolutely not allowed
•Please respect our neighbors. Quiet time is 9PM-9AM, especially outdoors where voices can carry easily on our quiet dock.
•The renters, guests and invitees shall not exceed 4 occupants during the rental period, unless otherwise agreed to by the Owner in writing.
•Sub-letting is prohibited, occupancy of the premises and use of the furnishings therein shall be limited to the person(s) whose name(s) appear on this agreement.
•Any disturbances resulting in neighborhood complaints or police action, other illegal activities, damage to the property, or violation of this agreement or the rules and regulations governing this property, will be considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of your stay, and ALL MONIES PAID WILL BE FORFEITED. This agreement does not create a tenancy for the property; you can be removed from the property without process of law if you do not depart at the appropriate time.
•Pets allowed only with express permission in writing by Owner. Please inquire about pet fee.
