This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
A cosy snug in a quiet area of Aviemore over looking a lovely birch woodland with wonderful walks to the river Spey and surrounding countryside literally out of the garden gate. Great place to start exploring the great outdoors yet within easy walking distance of all Aviemore amenities.

The space
This one bedroom snug has a large garden with a large storage shed that can be used to store your outdoor equipment. The living area and fully kitted kitchen are downstairs with a lovely modern bathroom and light bedroom upstairs. The garden leads out into a woodland where walking options are plentiful.

Guest access
There is off street parking in the way of a shared drive with the neighbouring house. A key safe allows guests to arrive and enter/leave the accommodation at their leisure. The house can also be accessed from the gate at the bottom of the garden.

Other things to note
We welcome well behaved dogs to the snug by prior arrangement (cleaning fee may apply).

The TV is setup for DVD use only (selection of DVD's available) and there is no wifi. We hope our guests will enjoy switching off from the hectic day to day life like we do!
