  • I stayed with my girlfriend for two nights at the Jack Sparrow house over the weekend of Valentine's Day. The house was perfect, warm and cosy with lots of beautifully crafted details. The view over Porthallow Cove is stunning and it's a short walk down to the Cove and the pub. We got lucky with the weather after all the storms. When a storm did come in on the Sunday, the little house stood firm! We lost power a couple of times, but it was quickly restored. Overall, a great stay in one of my favourite parts of the country!

  • We stayed in the Jack Sparrow house on New Years Eve and it could not have been any better! It was warm and cosy. Beautifully built with warm lighting all set up for when we arrived. A great view from the bed in the top of the house. We were sad to leave after just one night and will definitely be returning at some point in the future! Glad to have spent the beginning of the year in such a magical environment.

  • A unique and fun experience. Jack Sparrow House was cosy and has a great view of the cove below. The Pilchard Inn at Porthallow Cove is a 10 min walk away - don't forget your torch for the walk back - and does great (website hidden) It's not named after the pirate we're sure! Its the birds in the hedge outside - if you time it right you'll see them appear in the morning at 1st light, one after the other...

  • The Jack Sparrow house is such a lovely hide away. I spent two nights there and it felt very cosy. It had everything we needed and felt like a fairy tale home. Will definitely be back in the future.

About
I live on the Lizard peninsular, as I find this area one of the most inspirational in the UK. I am an artist/builder who creates spaces of light and beauty. My aim is to welcome you into a dwelling for your pleasure and relaxation. I enjoy using ideas of times passed and endeavor to achieve an ‘other worldliness’ in my work. I spend my time in constant contemplation of the next project in mind. Other than that you can find me enjoying music and dance, or Cornish coastal walking with my partner and dog.
