Terra Vista is a fully furnished private Villa with a 40ft private balcony overlooking the quiet Hill Country.

Sitting high on a private hill, the views are amazing and memorable!.

At sunset, walk to the firepit with your favorite beverage and relax in our comfortable Adirondack chairs.

Watch TV in both the cozy living room or in the bedroom. Login to your favorite tv shows through our Roku System.

With three buildings on a private hill, we call this "Our Hill Town". We loved visiting some of the beautiful hill towns of Italy and we feel as if we have discovered our very own Hill Town here in Dripping Springs.

The driveway is paved and is .8 miles long. Enjoy a daily stroll down and back to the gate, or hike our 3-mile loop on a wide path through the woods, down a long caliche road that winds back to a main road which leads to our driveway and property.

Our pool is lovely! It's 4 ft on both ends and 6 ft in the middle.

Sitting above 21 acres of our beautiful Texas Hill Country, you’ll enjoy all the luxuries of modern living while staying in Terra Vista.

Sunrise Villas is a two-story building that sits between our Home and our Guest Barn, but are not as close as homes in a standard subdivision. Sunrise Villas has two units, an upstairs villa and a downstairs villa. They are independent of each other with private entrances.

Terra vista is the downstairs unit with no steps to navigate.

It is 810 sq ft and has two private entrances: A front door and the Carport door.

This type of vacation is for those who want the most amazing view and privacy but don’t mind sharing the circle driveway, firepit, grill and swimming pool.

Other things to note
We are surrounded by wineries, wedding venues and breweries. You will enjoy a 270 degree view of the hill country! The privacy and views will amaze you.

Terra Vista is located on the ground level. It has a queen sized bed, sleeps 2. The living room has a sofa sleeper which sleeps 2 more guests.

2 TVs in the unit, one is in the bedroom, the other is in living room. We have Starlink internet.

There are a full size Washer and Dryer, Full kitchen and a large Patio/Deck.

All linens provided. All linens including Duvet covers on beds are washed after every guest.

Minutes away from Camp Lucy, Bell Springs Winery, Hawks Shadow Winery and Texas Hill Country Olive Company.

The driveway is .8 of a mile long. We share it with neighbors. It's a wonderful place to walk. We also have a wide path through our wooded property for a more rugged hike.

Sit on the balcony and enjoy the Hill country views and wildlife.

We are at the end of .8 mile long driveway. It's a great little walk if you are so inclined. Although you will see miles and miles of the Texas Hill Country, you are only 10 minutes from town.
