Stunning 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath home set on grounds that feel like a castle, with stone walkways winding through lush gardens, tranquil ponds, and a play area for the kids. The perfect place to relax and unwind with family or friends.
There is also a separate Airbnb treehouse on the property that may or may not be occupied during your stay. To check its availability, search for the Alegria Ranch treehouse on Airbnb. Each space has its own private ponds to enjoy.
The space
5 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms upstairs (3 king beds 1 queen) 1 bedroom downstairs with a queen bed detached half bath. Beautiful old growth curly redwood throughout the home with 30 foot tall cathedral ceilings and a lounge area with record player. Large chefs kitchen with Viking stove, wood burning fireplace, 2 living rooms and a beautiful plant meditation room. 3 car garage with a small gym: punching bag, rowing machine and treadmill.
Guest access
Guests can enjoy the entire property except the treehouse which is available on airbnb under treehouse master. We live on the property as well in a mother in law unit with separate road access. If you see us at all we will be tending to the farm or working around the property! Each space feels private and boasts its own beautiful Japanese style gardens and ponds.

We have a queen size futon in a smaller room upstairs that can sleep two for groups accommodating 12 guests. It is not a proper 6th bedroom. It is most appropriate for youth overflow.
Our caretaker has two sweet dogs - Kai & Lana - that roam the property. They are loving dogs and will come up to greet you so if dogs are not for you our space may not be a good fit.
It is possible that guests may be staying at the treehouse during your stay. While the dwellings and experiences are private, the parking area and trash bins are shared.
Alegria Ranch is a working farm under regular maintenance and improvement. Because of our zoning - Agricultural exclusive - it is required that we operate Farm Stays & have an owner or caretaker on property. We are very cognizant of keeping the guest experience private and do our best to schedule noisy vendors like lawncare and arborists around your stay, but it is possible that repair people, farmhands, our caretaker Erica, and ourselves may be working around the property during your stay.
The listing photos are currently outdated. We have repainted, refinished the floors, are in the process of refreshing the furniture and overall style of the house.
