Located at the foothills of Mt. Adams, Cluster Flock Farms and Vineyard is a rustic, secluded, and spectacular natural setting in the Columbia Gorge for your getaway. We're located just seconds away from some of the best kayaking in the Pacific Northwest on the White Salmon River. We lovingly call it the land of rainbows and waterfalls! The area is famous for breathtaking hiking, salmon fishing, wine tasting, kiteboarding, windsurfing, beer and cider tasting, fruit picking and so much more. It's an spirit-loving outdoors person's paradise.

Please read! Some things to note that might affect your decision to stay here:
- We are located in the wild countryside. Ticks exist. You are responsible for checking yourselves and your animals for ticks. We have no control over them.
- Along the same line as living in the countryside, acorns happen. Especially during September/October.
- A yurt is essentially a glorified tent. It has canvas walls and while it is insulated and with heat and air, it is still more susceptible to temperature than a house. There are extra blankets for cooler times and we recommend using the windows at night for additional cooling during warmer times.
- The internet is mediocre. It works well for basic tasks but not as well for heavy streaming. We are continually working to improve it. However, the cell reception is good and we've had folks tell us that their hotspot works well.
- The toilet is a composting toilet. It's a fascinating invention and a great alternative to septic. For more information about what it is and how it works visit: natureshead dot net.
- We are a real working small farm, meaning it is our livelihood and there are projects happening everywhere all the time. This is not some luxury estate or a Martha Stewart magazine spread of what a farm should look like. We do our very best to keep visible areas tidy but you will see lots of activities, equipment and storage.
Guest access
You are welcome to wander most of the property and visit the vineyard. It's a beautiful stroll through rolling hills and forested land. However, because we live here we ask that you give us privacy and not go to or behind the barn, house or private vehicles. Thank you!
In addition, we work with an organization called WWOOF where we have visiting and aspiring farmers staying with us for varying durations. This often includes 'van-lifers' or people with their own mobile residences that stay at the vineyard. They often have their own friendly animals and privacy needs. Thank you for respecting them!
Other things to note
Pet Policy:
We are animal lovers here but need to know what furry friends you are planning to have. We prefer that you limit your animals to 2 friendly ones. We are flexible under certain circumstances.
Pets are welcome to be off leash at your own risk. Please be aware that there are many dogs that reside in our little neighborhood and we need your pets to be okay with that or to be kept on leash. In addition, please also know that we have escape artist chickens, free range friendly cats, our own dogs (Scully the big floofy Pyrenees and Taj, the enthusiastic Pitty) and feral children that love animals.
We are also in a very natural area where small pets can potentially be attacked by wildlife so we recommend keeping smaller animals close by or on leash.
