It was very unpleasant for me, as well to find out, the last moment, as I told you when we met in the house, that although I have informed the agency regarding your booking through airbnb, they ignored it and double booked the apartment. The easiest way for me would have been to cancel your booking and refund the money. However, I offered you the option, to give you a refund, and provide you accommodation into studio one, however, you both explained that you wanted seperate bedrooms. Nevertheless, and despite the fact that I had my two children with me, in the car, ages 2 and 4, I offered you, through my communication with the agency, another property, closer to the beach, with two separate bedrooms, and direct sea view, more expensive property, for which I had to pay extra in order to let you in. Therefore I took your luggages and helped you both any way possible.
