The space
The apARTment is large, bright and clean, it has its own 🌞heating and ❄️Air Conditioning system.

The studio is large, bright and clean, the view on the inner courtyard guarantees the quiet at all times of day and night.

You will find a comfortable "french" double bed with high level pocketed coils (140x200cm 24cm high, similar to a USA Queen size) and, on request, a single pull-out bed (80x187cm).

The kitchen is fully equipped with

- a regular size fridge with freezer compartment

In the technical room before the bathroom there is a washing machine and a closet with useful equipment for ordinary and / or extraordinary cleaning, such as iron, broom, bucket and mop as well as a useful drying rack.
