We've designed every corner to transport you to the series you love, but with a touch of luxury and comfort that even Monica Geller couldn't beat.
The FRIENDS Experience: Smile with the picture of Monica and the turkey, sit in the colorful chairs that evoke the most famous kitchen on TV and challenge your companions with our themed board games.
Premium Rest: Your comfort is our top priority. A 2-person bed with premium cotton sheets and a menu of 4 pillows of different models awaits you so you can choose your favorite and guarantee a perfect rest.
Fully Equipped: Feel free to prepare a feast in our kitchen, equipped with everything you need, and toast with the glasses we have left for you. You'll also find coffee, cleaning products, and a welcome kit in the bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
Endless Entertainment: After a day exploring the city, relax in front of our Smart TV with Artificial Intelligence, which includes Globo Play, Netflix and HBO Max, as well as more than 50 television channels.

The premium experience continues outside the apartment. You are in a new and modern building that offers you top-notch facilities to make your stay even more comfortable:
Gym: Don't neglect your exercise routine, enjoy the fully equipped gym, open from 5:00 AM to 12:00 AM.
Pool: The pool on the building's rooftop offers an amazing view of the city. For you to enjoy it to the fullest, it is open from 06:00 to 22:00.
Work: Stay productive in the coworking space.
Total Convenience: You have a paid laundry room inside the building and if you arrive before check-in or leave afterwards, you can safely store your luggage at the door.

At Becker Studios Rentals, honesty is our pillar. We want you to have all the information to make your experience perfect for you.
The building is completely new (inaugurated in March 2025) and it's fantastic! However, this means that many apartments are still in the works and finishes phase. That's why we kindly ask you to consider the following before booking:
NOISE DURING the DAY: Monday-Friday, during working hours (approximately 8:00 AM -5:00PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM), you will most likely hear construction noise. If you plan on spending the day exploring the city, this shouldn't affect you.
PROTECTED COMMON AREAS: To protect new facilities from the constant movement of the moves, you will see that the elevators and floors of some corridors are covered with protective material.
We offer a special throwing fee due to these details. It's a unique opportunity to stay in a premium location for an amazing price as the building comes to life!
