HOT TUB & SAUNA
✦ Towels are provided for use in the sauna. Please place one on the bench before sitting to help keep the wood clean and comfortable for everyone, and follow all additional rules in the guidebook.
✦ Please rinse off before hopping in the hot tub. The hot tub is not great at breaking down lotions, deodorant, perfumes, or oils—it will get gross quick, trust me! Keep covered when not in use, and follow all additional rules in the guidebook. An extra cleaning fee may apply if the spa needs more than the usual care.

FEES & PRICING
✦ Unauthorized guests will be charged $250 each per night.
✦ Stays beyond 14 nights require mid-stay cleans every two weeks. The cleaning fee for this listing is applicable for each mid-stay cleaning.
✦ We do our best to accommodate early check-in or late-check out requests, which incur a $150 fee, depending on our Housekeeping Team's operational capacity.

REMINDERS
✦ The property is on septic. Please be sensitive around what goes down the toilet/drains, and only flush toilet paper.
✦ Please be mindful and do not rearrange furniture.
✦ We know plans can change, so trip insurance is always recommended.

Two cabins. One epic group getaway. Bring the crew and book now!

MOVEMENT OF ITEMS IN BETWEEN UNITS
✦ Just a quick reminder: we kindly ask that all utensils, amenities, kitchen items, and furniture remain in their respective units and in their original positions. Our housekeeping team maintains a strict inventory and layout for each property, and moving items between units or rearranging furniture requires additional labor to reorganize, restock, and restore everything to its proper place.
✦ To avoid a $500 fee, please ensure all items stay where they belong. We truly appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the units well-prepared for every guest.

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire property including both cabins.

Other things to note
☆☆ HOME NOTES ☆☆
Property Info: The home’s convenient location just off Highway 12 makes it easy to explore the area, though you may notice some road noise at times. Our cabins offer classic, older charm and are surrounded by nature, so you may encounter more local wildlife and insects than in the city.

Packwood sits at the base of White Pass, where its elevation and climate can occasionally create challenging winter driving conditions. Some roads to the area close seasonally (SR 123/Cayuse Pass, SR 410/Chinook Pass, and certain forest roads), so always check conditions and closures before departing. From November through April, 4WD or AWD is recommended. Cell coverage may be unavailable during your trip to the property, so please download directions in advance.

Cell Coverage: Escape the cell signal—but not the internet. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
