This is a wonderful, cozy and quiet apartment located at the first floor of a building immersed in a luxiours garden full of palm trees and colorful flowers.
The condominium is very safe, having a very reliable and kind custodian on work from Monday to Friday.

You can easily reach S. Peter and the Vatican Museums, S.Angel Castle, the Forums and the Coliseum by taking bus 870 just en front at the condominium door (not joking: it is 8 mt from the entrance!). At max 500 mt distance you will find tram n.8, bus H and n.31 that connectyou with all the area of tourist interest in Rome.
You will be able to enjoy the joyful night life of Trastevere at about 10 mins distance from home.

If you like to ride a bycicle, at a very short distance, you can enjoy the experience of a full immersion in the most beautiful park in Rome: Villa Pamphili, with its charming lake and nobiliary residences surrounded by a luxuriant nature... it is really worth to see !!

Fiumicino Airport is at only 35 mins distance by train and "Trastevere" is the closest Train Station.

You will be provided by clean linen, towels, something for your breakfast and all the expenses and final cleaning are included in the price.

A free map of Rome with indications on pubblic trasports is in the apartment.

Hope to hear from you soon!

  • Perla's place is really pretty and is located in a leafy residential area. The house is nicely decorated and you have access to Sky television as well. Perla was an excellent host and she was kind enough to pick us up when I told her I had gotten lost! This was around 11:00 pm! Her place is secure and has 2 security gates before reaching her place. Her place is about 30 minutes away from St Peter's from memory. There is a bus that goes straight to St Peter's from a bus stop outside her place. I would recommend this place but you do have travel for about 30 minutes to get to most of the tourist attractions.

  • We really enjoyed our stay at Perla's. The apartment is a thirty minute bus ride from Termini. By her house there is a bus stop that will take you to St Peter's in 15 minutes- it's a beautiful ride, right down Gianicoli, past Piazza Garibaldi (with its spectacular panoramic views of the city!). The tram is convenient too and you can get from Trastevere to the top of her road in ten minutes. The apartment itself is very comfortable and she provided milk and wine and bread for ours stay. All in all, a very pleasant stay- thanks Perla : )

  • Camilla and Perla were extremely great hosts! They were accommodating and responsive. The apartment was so clean and comfortable - exactly as described.

I got sick on my last day there, and they were so great as to even get me medicine and bring dinner. This was going beyond anything, I expected, and I am so grateful.

I had a great time in Rome - coming back after a long day to a clean and quiet place was the best.

    Thanks Perla and Camilla!

  • Mila (email hidden) - answering our messages promptly, explaining us the neighborhood and how to get around. She was also kind to print some get-around maps and visti/eat-out recommendations and a free map.
The location is very convenient - the bus stops 1 minute from the building, and there's also a nearby tram station. It is a 20 min. ride to the center.
The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. For us it was also good cause it had free parking.
The apartment is neat and clean, and ideal for two. It has everything necessary and we really enjoyed it.
All in all, it was a top experience and we'd highly recommend it.

  • Staying at Monteverde has been a very nice expérience of the everyday Roman's life. We felt at home immediately thanks to the comfy room and the huge bathroom, and we was very happy to come back home through the magnificent garden after a whole day of visits in the center.
There (email hidden) every morning were we bought the most delicious vegetables, and every kind of groceries and tabacchi you could need are very close from the appartement.
The Villa Pamphili's parc and his Vivi's Bistrot is also a very pleasant place for the day you want to enjoy some nature, and it's only at 10min by walk! Reaching the center is not so hard even you don't have vehicule thanks to the several buses and tramway around the place, and the taxi is not too expensive either. I will definitely recommend the place to anybody!

  • This apartment was so comfortable and quiet that, even with all those amazing Roman attractions waiting for us, we never left it before 11am in the morning. The photographs actually do not do it justice. Both bedroom and bathroom are huge, beautiful, uncluttered.

There is a bus stop right in front of the building with easy access to the old city center. The bus route goes via Gianicolo with an amazing view over the city.

The apartment is also close to Trastevere, our favourite part of Rome. Hang out at Piazza di Santa Maria in Trastevere before going for a dinner in one of its vibrant restaurants.

I was born in Tel aviv but I lived in Rome most of my life. I like to play music, I love books, cinema, photography, Theatre ,.. all Arts in general! I love to travel and to know people coming from other countries, that's why I loved Airbnb from the very first moment!! I'm friendly, open-minded and sufficently good as a cook...apparently...
