Come stay at our eclectic cottage only a 12 minute walk to the Waterfront! It’s nestled on a one-way street, offers driveway parking and a fenced, private, beautiful yard. Walking distance to Church Street & Downtown too. One dog welcome!

-Eclectic, collected interiors

-Two friendly, independent resident cats (they use a cat door and require minimal care)

CATS: 2 resident cats live here, they have a cat door/come and go as they please. Pls feed 2x day.

KIDS: We love/welcome them and be advised - it's required you keep a close eye on them. The cottage is not "child proof”.

DOG: 1 guest dog welcome that jives with cats. Guest responsible for sweeping/cleaning any shedding inside, picking up all your dog’s waste in the yard prior to departure!

Neighborhood highlights

The Old North End is a diverse, artistic, historic neighborhood. The house is located on a quiet residential street, a few blocks to Waterfront Park, Church Street and the Bike Path.

UVM and the Medical Center are a short drive or 25 min walk up the hill. Our local, organic grocery store is just 15 mins away and several global markets are around the corner.

We offer one free off-street parking space and there is free street parking. You'll find a lovely Community Garden two doors down and Battery Park for fabulous sunsets is a 5 minute walk.
