THE CONDO RESORT SITS RIGHT ON THE BAY OF BISCAYNE AND SO FROM THE COURTYARD , GARDEN AND BAY WALK AREAS YOU WILL HAVE MILLION DOLLAR VIEWS OF THE BAY OF BISCAYNE , STAR ISLAND , VENETIAN ISLAND , PALM ISLAND , HIBISCUS ISLAND AND THE ENTIRE DOWN TOWN MIAMI SKYLINE .
IN MY FOTOS YOU WILL SEE ARIAL VIEW OF THE SOUTH BEACH AREA AND THE CENTRAL LOCATION OF THE RESORT. CAN'T GET ANY BETTER LOCATION .

Goyo is a nice and friendly host. He was very attentive to our needs and flexible in terms of check in / check out. The room and the apartment were awesome, as well as the the whole resort. I would like to stay there again some time and highly recommend this offer.
Great host. Very accommodating. Met the other members of my party at midnight to hand off keys! Checked in regularly to make sure everything was up to our standards. Would stay here again.
I really enjoyed our stay, the place had 2 nice bedrooms and everything else as described. The place is within a few blocks from every single fast food restaurant and close to Lincoln road which is awesome. The sea is about a 15 minute walk or a 6-8 dollar taxi ride
The pools are awesome, the jacuzzi was nice ( it was out Of order for the last 3 days but thats not goyos fault obviously) The pool also has a part which had sand to chill out on.
The gym is great (40$) a week.
The kitchen has everything to make food and the huge tv had a lot of channels to watch if you want to stay in...
If we needed anything we just added Goyo and he was very fast in replying and accommodating our requests; clothes rack, etc.
Wow...what can I say...this place was perfect...exactly as described...and you can't beat the price! Goyo was an excellent host and checked in frequently to ensure that every need was met. He answered every question, request or comment immediately. Check-in was easy. This condo was exactly where you want to be...blocks from Lincoln Rd...the beach and the bay. Loved having access to the beautiful pools and awesome views of Downtown Miami and the bay!!! This was my first trip to SOBE and I can't wait to go back...and when I do...I know where I'll be staying!! Thanks Goyo for the awesome accommodations!!
