Full dream house. Amazing views. Big yard. Country retreat 15 minutes from Santa Monica - in the heart of beautiful Topanga Canyon - with all our hiking trails, wildlife and a quick drive to the beach. Quiet, homey and cozy. You will feel like you are staying in the middle of a park. Plenty of parking. Looking to rent for June 22- July 10 an all of August

Adam's house is in a very tranquil, quiet, beautiful location, only about 10-15 east of the coast in the Topanga hills. His house is somewhat rustic / dated, but the bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Loved the food at the nearby Italian restaurant, Rocco's!

Thanks for the feedback. Yes, fairly new to all this. Will clean out the laundry area under the house. We responded right away to the noise and it was taken care of immediately. Backyard has been being renovated due to drought conditions - but is also being taken care of. To be clear - Topanga is a mountain town - the driveway is flat - but you can't easily stroll down the mountain into town. As for personal effects - this is a private family home that I rent out when I travel - not a spare rental property, so yeah - it will be more full than those. But will pay far closer attention especially to bedrooms and personal effects. Thanks!
