  • Very hospitable hosts and a great apartment in a cool neighborhood. I would highly recommend this for anyone.

    April 2014
  • Nice place. Very big room. Lovely, minimal wooden furniture. Tasteful. Comfortable bed. Big closet. Room was a bit warm for us but Brian kindly turned down the heat when we asked. Only drawbacks: the bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner and some noise at night from street. Otherwise, very nice place.

  • We had a great stay with Brian. Room is nice and big with lots of closet space.
The room was a little too warm for our taste but Brian fixed that by turning of the heating in our room which made it a nice temperature.
The apartment overall was quiet except for some street noise (which is to be expected in a big city).
    Thanks again for everything!

  • Very large space with its own little fridge and half bathroom. About a ten minute walk to subway; various grocery and restaurant options very close. Check out Mayfield on Franklin (3 blocks away) for hipster dining. The apartment and building is very quiet and I completed a lot of writing there; also it is decorated with the kind of antiques and curiosities I like. Street is typical residential for the area - mostly quiet, just some big vehicles in the morning and the occasional loud person walking by. Brian is a kindly host and we had everything we needed. This was one of the best airbnb's I have stayed in, in NYC.

  • Brian is a grate host, he was very helpful and polite, he wait for us even when we arrived late, his apartment is really spacious, the bedroom is big and the bed is pretty comfortable, we had our private bathroom, we just need to share the shower. The location is perfect you can find the subway station around 10 min walking and you can be in Manhattan´s downtown in less than 20 min.
We really recommend Brian´s place to stay in Brooklyn.

  • The room was exactly as described - huge and modern. It has 2 big windows that let in a lot of natural light. There's a large walk-in closet with plenty of space to hang up clothing. The bed was comfortable and the building was quiet. There are several great cafes nearby and the park, museum and botanic gardens are an easy walk from the apartment. Brian was an amiable host, helpful and kind. I would definitely book this room again!

  • The room is a spacious, clean and sunny. There is a huge closet in the room. We stayed there for four nights. The apartment is well located and have a nice view of Manhattan.
Brian is a kind and generous host. We had a really comfortable stay there. I highly recommend this place.

  • Keenan is a great host! - very hospitable. The room was clean and neat and subway to NYC only a few steps away. Check-out was at 11, but our flight wasn't till 11 pm, so Keenan let us keep our suitcases in the living room. Appreciated. Will definitely recommend this place!
