Interaction with Guests
Most often I am available to meet for check in with a quick ten minute home tour review. There after I am available by phone day or night. If any needs arise I am only 20 minutes away to assist.
This neighborhood is in the process of gentrification and would be considered middle class. The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac at the top of a hill with off street parking. There are two long standing restaurants within blocks of the home serving Mexican and Steakhouse fare. A gourmet bakery opened last year 6 blocks away and is a refreshing addition. Subway, Chinese, gas and 7-11 are also a couple of blocks from the home. Grocery options, chain restaurants, laundry and Starbucks are less than a ten minute drive.
An auto is ideal for this home's north Denver location. However the city bus line is a block away and Denver's great bike and running trail system is an additional 4 blocks south, at Twin Lakes Park/Clear Creek Trail Head.
Respectful, clean and flexible. Non-smoking home but granted outside on the private patios.
Fantastic home with every amenity! The garden is gorgeous. We made a nice meal on the grill with a fresh salad that included cukes from the garden. I loved watching the butterflies flutter from flower to flower. Great experience. Thank you!
So nice house，super clean and tidy. Beautiful garden, we enjoyed two days natural and relax life here. Strongly recommend.
Gregg was a great host! Very friendly and easy to communicate with, his house is very cozy and clean. I would recommend staying there for the backyard alone, it was very meticulously maintained and vibrant. Its a nice home base if you are going to be doing a lot of traveling in between Boulder and Denver. You can tell Gregg cares about the people staying in his home and was available for any questions or concerns. If you are in the area stay here.
Gregg made us feel very welcome and "at home" upon arrival. He was very gracious and generous. The house and garden are so wonderful we didn't want to go downtown at all! We actually invited friends over for a BBQ and to enjoy the garden instead of going out for dinner as previously planned!!!!! We cooked some delicious veggies from his garden and had a great night entertaining our friends. The house is close to the freeway which was very convenient for us but quiet enough that we didnt hear a sound at night.
Gregg is the text book perfect host. We were due at 9:00 pm plane was late arrived just after 11:00 pm and Gregg was there with a smile.
House is great, wonderful deco, gardens are a very big plus.
Gregg does an outstanding job making you feel right at home. The house is very nice and personable. The yard has no words to describe how beautiful and peaceful it is. We had everything at our fingertips and more. The listing is exactly as you see it. So glad we had the opportunity to stay and relax. Gregg is extremely helpful and makes it easy to stay and find everything. Thank you again for everything!!
Roxanne and Shawn were unbelievably easy to host. Prompt, respectful and clean guests. I barely realized their stay upon getting back into the house. I can't thank you enough for being such awesome guests! I would definitely recommend them to any airbnb host. Enjoy your summer!
My family and I stayed nice night at Greg's home-- filled with eclectic DIY charm and a well tended garden plus had easy access to the freeways (seen from the front porch). He was attentive and flexible, and even met us to show us around when we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of space to relax, though those with very young kids might need to keep a closer eye in some areas.
Buck's attention to detail was a well needed education for me and I appreciated his honesty. I will be a better host because of it and now realize my home is not ideal for small children. I have updated my listing to better reflect this, thanks for all your direction Buck!
