Beautiful and bright studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 square feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Concrete floors, brick walls, shade trees and yard art add to the charm of this quiet get away. The cottage has a full bath, and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge, microwave and hotplate and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. The pool is right outside the door! Easy access to Tucson’s entertainment district – Main Gate Square, 4th Avenue, Downtown – and walking distance to restaurants and parks. Parking is off-street and is very secure.

Great place to stay in central Tucson. Sweet, cozy room. Gracious hosts.
A very quite and comfortable place to stay. Definitely recommend to people looking for a quite and relaxing space!
I stayed at this quaint cottage in central Tucson for 5 days. Jeannette was very helpful, the place was clean, quiet and everything was as advertised. Highly recommend for a single or couple who wishes to be located in central Tucson.
This is a cozy "casita" for 2 people and looks out towards the pool. We were able to rent this and the cottage for our family and it was a perfect setting. The hostess is great to work with and very accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet and close to anything anyone would want to do in Tucson. I highly recommend this and we will stay here anytime we are in Tucson.
I had an amazing experience staying at the cottage! It is such a lovely space, and worked perfectly for a one month stay. I was within walking distance to all that was needed, and was able to ride the bike to the school, U of A, each day. Jeannette is such a friendly and inviting host I would come back in a heartbeat. I highly recommend staying here while in Tuscon :-)
Great little private spot within walking distance to a few good restaurants (Kingfisher, Dante's Fire ). Private, secluded and quiet, it added to my working vacation. Perfect for anyone who can " work unsupervised."
I have been fortunate enough to stay in Jeanette's casita twice now! It is my first choice when I come to Tucson, a perfect little sanctuary for relaxing or working. The location is perfect - I ended up having to split my time while in Tucson because the casita was booked the latter part of my stay so I moved on to The Westward Look. I stayed at Jeanette's three days, and the hotel six -additional days. It cost me twice as much at the hotel, and it was not half as nice. Thanks again Jeanette for a wonderful stay. Missed you this time, hope I see you next time! Cindy
The cottage was clean, cozy and the bed was quite comfy.. It was wonderful to have access to both cable and wi-fi. Public transportation is just around the corner If you are riding the bus be sure to get a schedule ahead of time because neither the number of the bus or the schedule is listed at the stop. Later in my trip I rented a car and was able to take advantage of the off street parking.
Unfortunately, I didn’t have the opportunity to meet Jeanette, but she quickly responded quickly to any question I had. The cottage was a calm oasis from the hectic of the Tucson Gem and Mineral shows.
Went to Tucson to escape the snow and get some miles in on my bike. I could not have asked for a better place to rent - it was perfect. Cozy, clean and very well kept.
Would highly recommend!
The cottage is beautiful! Great place to stay!
