The space
Our Penthouse Condo is located directly in the MGM Casino and Hotel complex right on the Vegas Strip in the MGM Signature Tower. This provides you with enormous advantages versus other vacation rental locations. You will be staying in a condo directly connected to the massive MGM Hotel complex which includes a huge pool, dozens of wonderful restaurants/buffets, incredible shows, and the MGM casino itself. Our condo has all the advantages of staying in an MGM hotel room and more, for substantially less money! The condo is on a penthouse floor, has a stunning view of the Vegas Strip, and a balcony to enjoy it from. The Penthouse Jr. suite 1 king size bed and 1 sleeper sofa, and can sleep up to 4 people. It features flat screen TVs, microwaves, stoves, Jacuzzis, free wi-fi and many other amenities. Access to the MGM pools are free for our guests. Check-in and check-out are done at the front-desk just as in any hotel available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
Our business model is to offer this exclusive, luxurious rental accommodation to the travel savvy community at affordable prices with honest dedicated service. The rates shown on our Airbnb listing include all resort fees and service fees. It is the full final price you will be charged.

Once we confirm a reservation and receive payment, we will send you the Signature MGM Reservation Confirmation under your name. You check into the MGM Signature at the front desk like any other valued customer and they give you the key card for our Penthouse Suite. Nothing could be easier or more fun!

Getting around
It’s just a block to the Strip, so you will get to the action in no time. You can walk to the Las Vegas Strip from the property through an air-conditioned walkway that provides direct entry to the MGM Grand Casino floor. You can also arrange a ride with Uber or Lyft.
In case of emergency maintenance issues such as toilet, sink and shower drain etc, guest can call the Housekeeping company. The building engineer will take care of urgent issues and repair issues.

The suite is entirely yours. Take advantage of the indoor walkway connecting you to the MGM Grand Hotel Casino Resort.
- Guests have complimentary access to MGM Grand's pools and Lazy River, as well as all pools in Towers 1-3 at the MGM Signature during your stay.

- Valet parking is free BUT subject to availability. If valet parking is full, you will be directed to paid self-parking at MGM Grand.
- For reservations lasting seven days or longer, you can use MGM washers and dryers for free. The laundry room is located near the Tower 3 lobby and is accessible with your key card.
- The MGM Grand Garden Arena is just a five- to eight-minute walk away, accessible via air-conditioned indoor moving walkways.
-There is a Monorail in the MGM Grand that can take you up and down the strip.

Welcome to our Owner-Managed Suite!
1. Please make sure you make the final payment 30 days before arrival.
If someone other than you will arrive first to check in, please provide me with that person's name and ID (Just one additional name please). I will send you the check in information under the legal name you provided two weeks before arrival.
2. Your reservation includes access to FREE wireless internet, Signature private gym, all MGM Grand swimming pools, lazy river, Signature private pools, 24/7 FREE Valet parking, room service and FREE concierge service. The entire resort is non-smoking.
3.The condo is self-catered vacation home. We do provide an initial starter kits (including shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper) to get you started. If the starter kit runs out during your stay and you do not want to pay extra for maid service (scheduled in advance), please plan to purchase additional toiletry such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, garbage bags, detergent, paper towel etc. during your stay at nearby Walgreen or CVS store or bring them with you.
4. Guest will be showing government issued ID with matching credit card at the front desk to check in. The Signature will place an authorization of $100 per day ( $300) for the incidental deposit to allow access to room charging privileges and may result in additional authorizations should the charges exceed the originally approved amount.
