Neighborhood highlights

Small-town urban setting makes walking to restaurants and shops easy. Loft entrance and location in the back of the building reduces street noise. Go to the City of Greer website for information about the area and local attractions.

Our favorite restaurants in downtown Greer are L'incanto and SELECT. Reservations are recommended for these. Blue Ridge Brewing Company has great food with an Appalachian flavor and a rooftop bar.

For a more casual meal, try Cartwrights Food Hall or Wild Ace Pizza. Abbots Frozen Custard has sweet treats, and Barista Alley has coffee and smoothies.

Great downtown shops include Galleries of Brian Brigham (upscale furnishings & antiques), Empire, LTD. Studio (upscale men's consignment and custom bowties), The Shoppes on Trade (gifts and local handmade items), Southern Sisters (women's boutique), Sparkling Sisters (women's boutique and champagne bar), Smith & James (fine men's clothing), Chelsea's (women's clothing).

Beautiful Greer City Park, with fountains, porch swings, walking path, open grassy areas, amphitheater, gazebo and playground is two blocks away.

We've lived in Greer for about twenty years, and are excited to be part of the revitalization of the historic downtown, where Brian has a law practice. We live downtown as well, and enjoy frequenting the businesses, restaurants, and parks. We also love sharing insider information with visitors; however, it won't take long to feel like a local!
