Welcome to Civico 22, a characteristic apartment recently renovated with care and attention to detail, located in the historic center of the charming medieval village of Dolceacqua. Among quiet alleys, artisan shops, artists' ateliers, cellars and evocative views, you will have the opportunity to live authentically.
Let yourself be surprised by a perfect balance between past and present, intimacy and discovery.

The space
The apartment is on the second floor of a medieval building, accessible via 25 steps (the last one is about 30 cm high) typical of Ligurian villages (there is no elevator).
With an area of 90 square meters, "Civico 22" offers cozy and well-distributed rooms: a bright living room with sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob (4 burners), a bedroom with a double bed 180x200, a second room with a bunk bed and a modern private bathroom with shower.
The view opens directly onto the charming alleyways of the village, offering a unique and evocative atmosphere. A small special corner awaits you in the living room: a cozy niche, perfect for sipping a glass of wine or reading in peace, with your gaze lost in the stone streets and the silence that tells the story.

It can accommodate up to 4 people. Perfect for a couple, family, small group of friends and curious travelers looking for style, relaxation and authenticity.

The accommodation is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a 40-inch Smart TV, air conditioning, heating and a series of appliances essential in everyday life such as a washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave...

Easily accessible by car, although it is not suitable for vans and large vehicles. No worries, you can have free parking in the immediate vicinity.

Nearby you will find supermarkets, bars and restaurants within walking distance, while the bus stop for Ventimiglia is only 150 meters away.

Just 20 minutes away you will find beautiful fine sand beaches (for example Le Calandre) and the famous Hanbury Gardens in Latte (visible in the photo).
