Welcome to your perfect Colorado Springs getaway! This newly remodeled 2BR/2BA home sleeps 6, featuring two king beds and a cozy twin daybed that doubles as a reading nook. The open-concept design includes a fully equipped, spacious kitchen with a large bar, gas range, oven, air fryer, toaster, microwave, ice maker, and plenty of cooking essentials. Enjoy a fully stocked coffee bar in the dining area, with French doors leading to the backyard and hot tub with lake views.

Relax in the comfortable living room with a 75" 4K HDTV and streaming services including Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and Prime Video. The master suite offers a luxurious king bed with 100% cotton sheets and a private ensuite bath stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The second bedroom also features a king bed and a calming vibe.

Step outside to enjoy the firepit, hammocks, trampoline, BBQ grill, and four portable paddle boards. Located right next to Prospect Lake—perfect for paddleboarding, boating, jet skiing, fishing, or renting e-bikes and scooters—and just one mile from downtown Colorado Springs. ~PLEASE NOTE: Home is located in an "turnaround" neighborhood, next to the city's largest park, where you can paddle board, jet ski and swim, however due to its downtown location in a midsized city, there can be transient activity. I used to live here with my young son and never had an issue, but if you are looking for a quiet, suburban location this is not it. We enjoyed the location as it is the closest you'll get to a beach vibe in Colorado, with Pikes Peak behind you and the lake in front of you.
