Red Pepper is a small guesthouse owned by a Dutch couple Mariken & Marc. It is located just 50 meters from Guasacate beach and offers 4 private, cozy rooms, that can each accommodate 2 people. Every room has one Queen size bed, a private bath, private roof top terrace equipped with hammocks and rocking chairs. Terrace is perfect for a morning coffee, afternoon siesta or sunset viewing. All guests have access to a shared guest outdoor kitchen as well as a communal garden. We offer complimentary filtered water, towels, toiletries and WiFi.

We are located on an untouched 2 km strip of beach just outside of Las Salinas village. Our beach is called Guasacate and is in the Tola districts of Rivas. A true surfers paradise with famous Popoyo just 5 minute walk away, Magnific Rock, Santana, Astillero, Collorado and more a quick drive away.
Plenty of restaurants are just outside Red Pepper, from local fare to some more exotic flavors.
It is a quiet and sleepy strip of the beach where you can enjoy some of the best waves of the Pacific Coast of Nicaragua.
