Brand new window treatments allow you to decide between darkness and privacy or sunshine and amazing views! The home is filled with vintage flair inside and out. The backyard is perfect for entertaining with a lovely shaded pergola, outdoor dining table, grill, fire pit, 12 person hot tub, lounge swing, cafe seating and multiple fruit trees (avocado, fig, lemon, lime, apple and apricot). Located one block from Sunset Ave, which means you can walk to popular bars, clubs, shopping, restaurants, health food stores, Walgreens, banks, Echo Park itself, and anything else you may need or imagine. 10 minute drive to downtown LA and easy access to all major freeways. Free on site parking (for up to three cars), wifi, central heat and air, dishwasher, deluxe front loading washer and dryer, large flatscreen tv's with direct tv, and a well stocked kitchen with gourmet waffle maker and complimentary mix. What more could you ask for?

In addition to all the comforts of the home (brand new appliances, beautiful farm sink and garbage disposal, dishwasher, cold filtered water and ice dispensed from the refrigerator, central heat and air, high-speed internet, wifi, front loading washer/dryer, direct tv, apple tv, and free on site parking) you also have the amazing backyard to yourself which you can use for entertaining guests (no parties without prior approval) or just relaxing. The 12 person hot tub is perfect for a romantic couple unwinding after enjoying all LA has to offer, or a chill party with your friends. You can fire up the grill and enjoy your food on the ample patio seating, or cozy up next to the fire pit, rinse off in the outdoor shower, or pick fruit from the trees to savor on the spot!
Interaction with Guests
I am always available to answer your questions and accommodate your needs! A welcome packet with all the info you need about the house and the neighborhood will be waiting for you upon your arrival. You will also have contact information for the cleaning service, hot tub maintenance, and handyman, should you need to get in contact with someone in the rare event that I am unreachable.
The location couldn't be more ideal. Walking distance from the Echoplex, hip bars, restaurants, music venues, shopping, Walgreen's, health food stores, late night liquor stores, amazing brunch spots, and Echo Park itself. 5-10 minute drive to downtown, easy access to all major freeways.

Other Things to Note
This is an excellent alternative to expensive hotels and will provide you with more comfort at a cheaper price! I am open to renting my home for film and photo shoots, please inquire about rates.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available with an extra fee ($125.00). There is a charge of $150 for keys that are not returned at time of check-out ($150 per lost set of keys). For reservations that are 28 days or longer guest may be asked to pay for utilities themselves, this includes, but is not limited to; Water, Gas, Electricity, Internet, and cable TV.
