This room is everything that is described. Haedong' uncle is the person who will be hosting you and he is such a pleasure. I was welcomed with a meal. He prepared breakfast almost everyday, which is so appreciative. The room was neat, quiet, and at the corner of the house so you do have privacy. The only thing that may be uncomfortable is having to share a bathroom with the rest of the house. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay. Some days I just stayed in the room and relaxed and it was just what I needed. Thank you again Haedong, look forward to staying with you guys again!

Good location - close to the bus and metro, which were the main key points for me. Good privacy - I generally keep to myself, and this was very easy to do here. I enjoyed writing while sitting at the table watching and listening to the kids playing soccer in the field at the highschool across the street. Also close to a Catholic church and a grocery store, which is just by the bus stop and is called "365". Haedong's uncle was very kind, and made a delicious breakfast for my last morning.

We arrived in the evening and the host met us in front of their home and showed us to his door. He gave a quick tour of the room and amenities and told us where we could find some local restaurants. Great experience and the host was very kind and helpful. Great value!

Staying at Haedong’s bnb was like a dream. The bed was big and comfortable with plenty of pillows and nice blankets. The sunlight in the room was great, but the blinds kept it out when I wanted dark. The room was private, as it was offset from his uncle’s living quarters, and it was on the corner of the top floor. The apartment had the amenities I needed and his uncle is a sweetheart – he helped me cook my microwave meals when I could not read Hangul, he helped me with my laundry and cleaned up my embarrassing mess! The location was perfect – only a couple minutes’ walk from Achasan subway station which made it easy to go anywhere I wanted. The neighborhood has a bunch of restaurants. Haedong communicated well with me, I never felt detached. His uncle also loaned me a voltage regulator, which I did not realize I would need for my 110v U.S. electronics. The A/C worked great, but I often left the windows open for the nice breeze. I appreciated being able to wash my laundry and hang dry it, and the view from the rooftop garden was quite pleasant. I was 100% satisfied with my stay, and they even let me leave my luggage in the living room past checkout time because I had a late flight. Great stay!
