CHECKIN: Convenient ground-floor entrance with keyless smart lock entry. Unique access codes sent day-of check-in for hassle-free arrival.
PARKING: PARKING & ACCESS
Two car parking spaces for your unit (2 spaces per unit), plus additional free street parking.
House Rules: No party, no music/noise between 10 pm and 8 am. Violations will be reported to Airbnb to block future bookings, with a fine of $300.
Note that non staying guests can not use the shared heated swimming or backyard. It is reserved for the enjoyment of staying guests only.
