Furnished with family antiques, refinished vintage pieces, and art from Santa Fe and the Southwest, our home is most often described by guests as beautifully appointed, yet very comfortable. Interaction with Guests
Jeff is our friend and manager -- and lives right next door. He will greet you and acquaint you with all the amenities of the house. And if you need anything during your stay, Jeff is there to help.
What a lovely stay! The location of the this house was easily within walking distance of both the Plaza area and the Railyard. Jeff the manager was very welcoming and the house was just as described. Charming place for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. Highly recommended.
Perfect. Jeff paid just the right amount of attention, never intrusive, great guy. The house was cozy, immaculate, and well equipped, with a lovely yard for sunning and dining. It was so nice, we had to force ourselves to go anywhere!
What a great place, and you can't beat the location if you want to be within walking distance to the plaza. It is cozy, comfortable and makes you feel right at home. They had pretty much all you needed for your stay including a great kitchen (we love to cook) and a working fireplace. The manager Jeff was super helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our week here and hope to come back again.
The Adobe is indeed charming and was ideal for our needs. It was comfortable, had a wonderfully supplied kitchen, and plenty of space. The decor was quite nice as well. The location was terrific; definitely close to anywhere we wanted to go, i.e., shops, restuarants, galleries, etc.
We skiied both Ski Santa Fe and Taos (Taos was a 2+ hour drive each way, but still doable) and the Adobe worked well for that also. I would recommend for any type of visit to the Santa Fe area.
Great place, perfectly situated. Very responsive, helpful hosts. We were very happy staying there.
As a born and raised Santa Feian, I know what a traditional New Mexican home looks and feels like. This spacious and well decorated home was spot on. Amazing kitchen, warm and comfortable beds, tv, wifi, and perfect location close to downtown. I will certainly be renting this space again the next time I am in town.
We are both Humanities teachers and musicians with grown children. We chose Santa Fe for our second home because of the culture and lifestyle the city offers: the incredible art, music, architecture, and history; the amazing food; the stunning mountains and forests; and the fascinating variety of people who have interesting outlooks on life. You will never be bored on a visit to Santa Fe!
Our tastes in culture are eclectic: We love opera, chamber music, and jazz, but we are also addicted to Breaking Bad, Homeland, and Deadwood. You'll find a little of everything in our library. When we are in Santa Fe, a trip to Ten Thousand Waves is a must, as are sunset drives over the hill to Tesuque and Nambe.
We have been lucky enough to travel throughout Europe and Asia, where most often we have stayed in one place for some time and rented apartments or small houses. We know what it is like to rent someone's home for a vacation, so we have outfitted our home to help you feel totally at home as well.
