Located on the Silverado Trail at the Yountville Crossroad, you will be in the prime location for all Napa activities, from wine tasting to fine dining to relaxing on this magnificent property. • We had a wonderful stay at this home outside of Yountville. First off, the location is excellent - very close to a number of wineries, and relatively central to the entire county. As others have noted, while the house is starting to show it's age a bit in some minor areas, the back patio/view and the master suite are true standouts (I recommend you take a jacuzzi bath then go sit out and enjoy the stars at night!). The roses in the back were in full bloom and were beautiful, though most of the landscaping could use a little tending. The home feels very private however, and you'll hardly know that there are other houses on either side. Additionally, even with the house being on the Silverado Trail we thought the road noise was negligible, and despite some relatively warm days, opening the windows and turning the fans on in the house kept it comfortable.

Finally, Deborah was very responsive during the booking/trip planning process and during our stay. We would definitely return!

  • Just arrived home today from our stay in Yountville and can honestly say it could not have been better. House huge and perfect for us - best part was the huge deck looking out over the vineyards which we spent as much time on as possible.

  • If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in Napa Valley, this is it! Having not been there before, I completely lucked out with this location. You feel like you're right in the middle of everything, yet secluded at the same time. Many great wineries, big & small are within a quick drive or bike ride, and all the great Yountville restaurants are only 5 minutes away. The house itself is also incredible. You really feel like you're in a Mediterranean villa with plenty of space and the views cannot be beat. The owner is also extremely responsive and available for anything you need. HIGHLY recommended, I will be back!

  • My family had a very nice experience at Debbie's house in Yountville. The house itself is clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location is perfect for a weekend away in the wine-country, only a few miles from the town of Yountville and 5 miles from the town of Napa and so many great restaurants nearby! Debbie was very welcoming and extremely responsive to any questions we had. Thank you for a lovely weekend!

  • The house is in an incredible location - 5 minutes by car to downtown Yountville and located right in the middle of wine country. Waking up each morning and having a coffee on the porch overlooking miles of vineyards was amazing. The house was very comfortable, well equipped, very private and HUGE! Could not have asked for a better rental. Deborah was great answering questions and gave us some pointers on where to eat in the area. I would definitely recommend this place to any small group of friends or family who wants your own Napa retreat.

  • We had an amazing family vacation at Deborah's place. The location is so amazing, and we were lucky with the weather and spent most of the afternoon on the patio enjoying wine and the view of the vineyards. Deborah was a great host and very accommodating, we would definitely stay here again if the chance arrises.

  • Living overseas and returning for a family wedding, we needed a place to unwind, recover from jet lag, and reconnect. We had the most wonderful week-long stay! Deborah's home was the perfect location for our friends and family to stop by, sip a glass of wine on the deck overlooking the vineyard, watch sunsets together. Roomy, comfortable, modern, with all the amenities we needed (and more). We would definitely return!

  • The location of this house was great and suited our travel needs perfectly. We were traveling up to the wine country to specifically visit some restaurants in Yountville, and the location of the house gave us perfect and convenient access not only to the restaurants but wineries as well. Deborah was super easy to communicate with and to get in touch with via email. There is no air conditioning in the house, but given the time of year of our travel (October) we found that we did not need it, nor did we need the heaters. 3 of us stayed there and we all had plenty of room and privacy for when we each wanted some time alone. Beautiful views of the vineyards as well. The way the property is situated you feel like you have a ton of privacy but also have the comfort of knowing there are other houses right next door. It took a minute for all of us to get used to the creaking of the house as it settled down at night, but overall I think the stay is well worth the reasonable price.
