A small and charming summer cottage is located in a quiet area surrounded by fields and by the sea. The absolute gem of the place is the spacious cart sauna, as well as its own small beach and dock. You can borrow an old rowboat at your own risk. Electricity and an outdoor sink on the property, but guests must bring their own drinking water.
The property has sheltered trees and sun all day. Sheets, bedding and towels are included in the price! Note: There is an outdoor toilet at the property (there is no indoor flush toilet).
The space

The kitchenette has a refrigerator, a hot plate, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a mini oven, basic cooking utensils, and dishes for 4 people (however, we recommend using your own disposable tableware if using the outdoor countertop sink is not practical). The renter also has access to a small gas grill and an outdoor fireplace (not in use during the wildfire warning period!).
NOTE: The summer house has electricity, but there is no drinkable water. The renter must bring their own drinking water. The water in the outdoor sink is suitable for washing dishes and for washing in the sauna.
There is a reasonable amount of firewood and washing water in the cart sauna. More wash water can be carried from the outdoor sink. You can borrow the old rowboat at your own risk, but unfortunately there are no life jackets available (bring your own).
There's a new outdoor shower on the property. The property can be reached by car and can accommodate up to two vehicles, in a designated area. Charging of electric cars is not allowed.
Pets are welcome at the owner's risk but must be kept hooked up at all times, for the safety of animals grazing in the area and other pets. Pet droppings must be carefully picked up from the yard and properly disposed of in mixed waste. There is a running wire on the property for dogs under 30kg.
NOTE: For hygiene reasons and to maintain the beach, dogs are not allowed to swim or access the sandy beach.
The tenant carefully collects all the trash in the outside trash can and washes the dishes he/she uses. Used bed linens and towels should be placed in the laundry basket, and bottles and cans should be taken with you when you leave. Guests take care of the final cleaning and make sure the place is comfortable for the next guests as well.

The plot is bordered on the right side by the edge of the field (the lawn is mowed in the area allowed for visitors). You are not allowed to go into the field, and pets are not allowed to run free.
