The space
This fully furnished condo features flat-screen smart TVs in every room, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wind-down on the private balcony. Living room is equipped with surround sound system and decorated in a serene coastal style. Only a 5-min easy commute to the sugar white beach access in Gulf Shores.

Sleeping arrangements include:
*King bed in the master suite w/private bathroom
*King bed in the second bedroom with private bedroom

The entire condo is for your private use. Condo is located on the 2nd floor & stairs are required to access the unit.

The complex amenities you will share are the swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, and BBQ grilling area.

Other things to note
HOUSE RULES:
● Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Renter should be present at property at all times and responsible for other guest members.
● No 3rd party bookings. Must be a named person on booking. The name on booking must match the name of person signing rental agreement and name on credit card used for payment. Must sign rental agreement.
● Security Deposit: $500 refundable security deposit is held with every rental of 30+ days. This is to cover any damages at the condo during the length of stay.
● No Pets! Only certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American's with Disabilities Act). Service dogs must be with the owner at all times and is not allowed to stay in the property alone.
● No smoking inside of the condo, or on the balcony.
● Parking passes must be purchased on-site.
