note these are luxury hotel rooms not apartments. Every room has its own bathroom and lounge.
Please note we do not use the calendar on here - ask for availability before booking thanks. Not flats or apartments but more like a luxury hotel . Nothing to do apart from enjoying the beach. We clean. We cook . You park outside your room and sleep in a king size bed, get up and look straight down 3 miles of beach and surf, wander down to a great breakfast and eventually head off to the beach , somewhere during the day you have to eat a pasty and a ice cream, it's the law. End up in the watering hole for a coffee and eventually wander back barefoot to get the sand out of your toes in your own luxury bathroom. Put on some fresh clothes and head out for a meal, everything here from weatherspoons to rick stiens or Jamie Oliver. Then back for a bit of reading or settle down on your settee in front of your hd large screen tv with the sound of the waves rocking you to sleep. Possibly the best bnb in the world on the best beach in the world - but i am biased.....see social media for independant reviews.

Alan was the pefect host he couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was perfect.
This B and B is excellent. Lovely spacious rooms with great facilities and brilliant views, even on a wet and wild weekend!! The breakfast was lovely, couldn't have asked for more attentive service. Perfect location for the beach in Perranporth and exploring the rest of Cornwall
Alan was a perfect host. The room was amazing with a fab view of the beach. The breakfasts was delicious.
We had a lovely 4 night stay. Rooms are large with wonderful views. Hotel is all very modern. You are greeted with a warm hello and a hearty full English breakfast each morning. Hotel is very child friendly bar the steps to our room. Not an issue as Alan kept our stroller downstairs. Alan is a great host and you certainly feel very welcome. He helped us with advice on all aspects many times. There is a bit of a walk up the hill to the hotel but it is worth it for the quiet and sea views. Alan cannot do enough for his guests and that alone would make us return! The only thing we didn't like was the mattress which was a bit springy and soft for our liking. That's a personal taste though.
An excellent B and B amazing location! Huge rooms with great sea views! Alan and his wife our fantastic hosts! Friendly to chat to and will offer advise of where to go what to do!
