Apartment is only on a 15 minute walking distance from the main pedestrian zone - Knez Mihailova Street, the Republic Square and Kalemegdan park & old Belgrade fortress.
For those who enjoy walking by river side, you will need only around 15 minutes to reach Danube quay.
*Rates exclude city tax of €1.3 per person daily. The city tax for stays up to 30 days is €1.3 per person daily. Children under the age of 7 do not pay the city tax, while children between 7 and 15 years old pay only a half of that amount.
*Regular check-in/out time is from 14h (2 PM) on arrival and until 12h (12 PM) on Departure. For check-in and check-out time between 24h and 8h (12 AM and 8 AM), there is surcharge in the amount of €20.
*Check-in and check-out is by arrangement. There won't be any surcharge if guest is less then a 30 minutes late after the arranged time. If the guest is late for more then 30-60 minutes, there is surcharge in the amount of €10 for that as well as for every following hour.
*In case guest requires staying in the apartment after 12h (12 PM), it can be arranged if the apartment is available. With prior announcement, guest can keep the apartment until 16h (4 PM) with surcharge in the amount of 50 % of the daily apartment rate, or after 16h (4 PM) by paying the full amount of the daily rent.
*You are kindly asked to leave the apartment you rented tidy and to take out garbage from the apartment (you are not obliged to clean it, we will do it of course). Otherwise, there is surcharge for final cleaning of €30.
