This studio was designed with simplicity and comfort in mind. It's the perfect retreat for two people who spend their days discovering the city and are looking for a cozy place to rest at night.
Sleeping Area: Relax in a comfortable double bed, perfect for recharging your batteries.
Kitchenette: While simple, the kitchen space is highly functional. It features a two-burner cooktop, a mini-fridge, pots, pans, and all the essential utensils to prepare breakfast or a light dinner. And of course, we've included wine glasses for you to toast to your São Paulo adventure.
Full Bathroom: The private bathroom is equipped with our quality BSR amenities: shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, plus soft towels.
Storage: An open closet with hangers allows you to organize your clothes and feel at home.

The building is brand new (it officially opened in March 2025) and it's fantastic! However, this means that many apartments are still being finished and residents are moving in. Therefore, please consider the following before booking:
DAYTIME NOISE: From Monday to Friday, during business hours (approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM), it is very likely that you will hear construction-related noise. If you plan to be out exploring the city during the day, this should not affect you.
PROTECTED COMMON AREAS: To protect the new facilities during the move-in period, you will notice that the elevators and some hallway floors are covered with protective materials.
We are offering a special introductory rate to account for these details. This is a unique opportunity to stay in a premium location for an incredible price while the building fully comes to life!
