Lovely & cozy one bedroom apartment that fits up to 4 people on a fabulous central location in Belgrade - the most popular street in Belgrade after bars and night life, only 2 minuts walk from beautiful Kalemegdan park & old Belgrade fortress.
This comfortable and cozy 38 m2 apartment is situated on the 1st floor of a building equipped with elevator and intercom.
Apartment contains bedroom with 2 high quality single beds which can be set as king-sized bed, living room with high quality sofa bed for 2 persons, kitchen and bathroom.
A superb base for private unwinding,this holiday flat is equipped with all modern utilities, which include:
Safety door, deposit box, central heating, FREE Wi-Fi, phone (FREE LOCAL Call's), clean towels and bed linen included, CATV in the bedroom and in living room, LCD TV 42'', DVD and mp3 player, air conditioner, washing and drying machine, hair dryer, iron & ironing board and fully furnished kitchen with microwave, filter coffee machine and other needed accessories.
-Wi-Fi Internet, CATV, AC, heating and land line phone for local calls.
-Pillows, sheets, towels and blankets are provided in the apartment and they are included in the rate.

You will be renting a completely private apartment unit in a residential building & you will have the flat all for yourself! :)

This splendid one bedroom apartment is located on famous “Silicon Valley Street” heart of Belgrade’s night life.
Apartment is close to all major tourist attractions.:
- 5 minute walking distance from pedestrian zone - Knez Mihailova Street & the Republic Square
- 5 minute walking distance from Kalemegdan park & old Belgrade fortress.
For those who enjoy walking by river side, there is less than 10 minute walking distance from river Danube.
Other Things to Note
For ones who wish to have a good time in the most popular cafes and restaurants in Belgrade, this apartment is excellent choice. On the other hand, the apartment is more than suitable for people who need some peace and quiet,as it is looking back to the peaceful courtyard of the building!
*Rates exclude city tax of €1.3 per person daily. The city tax for stays up to 30 days is €1.3 per person daily. Children under the age of 7 do not pay the city tax, while children between 7 and 15 years old pay only a half of that amount.
*Regular check-in/out time is from 14h (2 PM) on arrival and until 12h (12 PM) on Departure. For check-in and check-out time between 24h and 8h (12 AM and 8 AM), there is surcharge in the amount of €20.
*Check-in and check-out is by arrangement. There won't be any surcharge if guest is less then a 30 minutes late after the arranged time. If the guest is late for more then 30-60 minutes, there is surcharge in the amount of €10 for that as well as for every following hour.
*In case guest requires staying in the apartment after 12h (12 PM), it can be arranged if the apartment is available. With prior announcement, guest can keep the apartment until 16h (4 PM) with surcharge in the amount of 50 % of the daily apartment rate, or after 16h (4 PM) by paying the full amount of the daily rent.
*You are kindly asked to leave the apartment you rented tidy and to take out garbage from the apartment (you are not obliged to clean it, we will do it of course). Otherwise, there is surcharge for final cleaning of €30.
The appartment was fantastic, as cozy as visible on the pictures - everything went perfectly, the hosts are very flexible (we arrived in the city about midnight) and the appartment is really close to the city centre (about 10min walk to the main shopping street).

Marija was very friendly and WE had no Problems to get and drop off our keys. Flat is alright for 2-3 persons.. Street is cool...not crowded during summer time!
