In the baroque town of Martina Franca, the centre of the “Itria” valley, a comfortable house to relax among nature, art and ancient flavours. Few minutes from Alberobello, Ostuni and the north Salento.
Puglia is the region jutting out at the heel of Italy’s boot, nestled between the Adriatic and Ionian Seas.
Martina Franca is exactly in the centre of the region. It’s about 1 hour by car from the airport of Bari (north) and 45 minutes from the airport of Salento - Brindisi (south). It’ s about 30 minutes from the Adriatic (east) and the the Ionian sea (west).
Spacious and bright house on the ground floor of a building of the beginning of the last century. The interior decoration is a mixture of antique original and comfortable modern furniture that create a harmonious, warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The house consists of a large kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, a shower room and a master bedroom on the ground floor. Then there are a living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with two single beds on the loft.

Fabulous stay!!! Nicola was incredibly accommodating even though we were delayed by more than an hour. He waited for us despite the late hour. He even left us fresh fruit and 'taralli' a local savory snack. Great host.
The flat was clean, spacious and very well situated. Large enough for a family. There was plenty of space for the two us. Great central location to not only explore Martina Franca but also easy access to all the other sights Puglia has to offer. I would highly recommend staying with Nicola. Amazing value!!
The flat is perfectly located a short walk away from the Town center, modern and well equiped. Moreover, Nicola is an excellent host and we immediately felt like home.
Definitely recommend the place.
