Rent directly through the owner to enjoy access to Vdara resort amenities with NO RESORT FEES (save ~$51 per day). With NO charge for additional guests, groups of more than 2 also avoid Vdara's ~$45 charge per extra occupant, per night.

BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:
The Vdara & Bellagio connector bridge will be closed for construction March 6, and is expected to reopen late August 2023. A new interior bridge connecting Bellagio, The Cosmopolitan, and Vdara is expected to open October 2023. During this time, guests will be encouraged to use the complimentary Aria Express Tram that will be available 24 hours per day based on availability. Stops include access to Park MGM/Aria, Aria/Shops at Crystals, and Bellagio.

Your total booking cost covers the suite rental, departure cleaning, and all listed amenities with NO EXTRA FEES. However, please note that Vdara will require a credit or debit card upon check-in for a security deposit hold of $100 per night for potential incidentals. Your funds may only be charged if you order additional services (such as in-suite dining) or cause malicious damage to the property. You can review any charges to your folio anytime from the room TV / tablet menu to verify there are no mistaken fees. Unused funds are released upon checkout. See the House Rules for details. • CLEANING FEE (included in the booking total)

• HOUSEKEEPING is available 24/7 via the room phone. Upon request, they can provide delivery of kitchenette items, extra towels & toiletries, change of linens, collection of trash & used towels, as well as other misc. in-room amenities (pens, can liners, extra pillows, etc.) at NO CHARGE. Can also assist with cleanliness issues if needed (please also inform the host of any issues).
• RENTALS - All MGM resorts offer wheelchair and scooter rental. Vdara may also provide high chairs or cribs upon request. Roll-a-way beds are not available.
• ADDITIONAL SERVICES are subject to extra charge from Vdara, such as:
- Room service / special arrangements
- Pay-per-view entertainment on the room TV
- Spa services, pool cabana reservations, etc.
- Long distance calls on the room phone
- MAIL DELIVERIES must be picked up at the Business Center and are subject to a handling fee based on package weight (about $7 per 15 pounds).

• Why does the cost change when I select my dates?
Room rates fluctuate based on supply and demand. Dates during a weekend or popular event cost more.
• Can I get a discount / lower rate?
If you find a lower reservation total on Vdara’s website, feel free to contact me for negotiation.
• What is the difference between booking here vs. through the hotel?
This suite is directly managed and rented out by the owner. Book here to avoid resort fees while getting access to the same services and amenities as regular guests. However, do note that daily housekeeping is not included, and there is no mini bar. Instead of being automatically charged by the hotel for daily housekeeping, guests of owners can request service at their discretion.
• How far are you from The Strip?
Vdara is 0.3 miles from The Strip (5-10 minutes walk)
• Can I check in early?
Standard check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM. If you arrive early, you can ask the Front Desk to notify you if the room is ready earlier. In the meantime, you can still process your check-in, store luggage at the Bell Desk, and request temporary keys to access the pool / fitness center areas if you wish. If you would like to guarantee immediate access to your room, I recommend booking the prior night.
• Can I check in late?
Yes. The Registration Desk is open 24/7.
• Can I check out late?
Check-out is at 11:00 AM. It may be ok to leave around noon, but please try to leave before housekeeping arrives. Your room key should deactivate at 11:59 AM on your departure date. After checkout, you can store luggage at the Bell Desk and continue to use your keys to access the pool / fitness center areas for the rest of the day. If you would like to guarantee access to your room until you depart, I recommend booking an extra night.
