Just 15 minutes walk from Jemaa El Fna Square and next to the souks, Riad La Belle Epoque is a traditional Riad in the heart of the Medina of Marrakech.
Each of the seven rooms is decorated with Art Deco furniture and objects combined with the traditional Moroccan style. They are dedicated to female characters of the Belle Epoque that evoke those happy years of transitional welfare
All rooms are equipped with private en suite, WIFI connection, air conditioning / heating and bathroom accessories.
Back to the hustle and external turmoil, the rooms in the Belle Epoque are spread around the garden and look at their balconies and windows. This arrangement produces a strong contrast between the maze of alleyways of the medina itself, with its boundless supply of sensuality and local prints, and decorative exuberance interior space and light, a true oasis of rest and contemplation.
The Riad has also a living room area with fireplace, patio with pool and a large terrace where you can have breakfast, dinner or just relax in our loungers. We also have a great chill-out area, my favourite place by the end of the afternoon.
Transfers to and from the airport available.
We rent ISADORA DUNCAN ROOM with en suite for 90€/night or the whole Riad if you are interested. Please ask us.

Riad de la Belle Epoque is truly a beautiful riad with an open courtyard, amazing architecture and beautiful tiles, antiques, carved moulding, wooden carved doors etc. It is even lovelier than the photos. The rooms are very special with a lot of attention to detail including the lovely linens, tiled showers, antiques and comfort. The staff was exceptional and helpful. Breakfasts and dinners on the roof-top were delicious and very relaxing. Teresa, the host was very helpful in making arrangements for pick up at the airport and responding to our questions.
The Riad is very well located close to a main "street" in the Medina and easy walking distance to the souks, museums and the main center. If you are interested in hiring a guide for a tour of the Medina or elsewhere, recommend you coordinate early with the host or staff at La Belle Epoque since they are very particular about the guides they recommend. We hired a licensed guide on the spot at the tourist center who was ok but could have been better.
Also be aware that many young men in the Medina will approach you to provide directions or guide you to whereever you are headed and will expect you to pay them -- and if you have not agreed to the amount upfront you may have an unpleasant confrontation at the end.
