This a good apartment a few minutes walk from the via Salet bus stop in St Moritz Bad. It's in a good location to walk to Dorf either around the lake or up the street. The apartment has obviously been well loved over the years and isn't all chrome shininess, but there's a sparkli…

Katherine's place is great value for money. The apartment is old but functional and was clean when we arrived. You are walking distance away from large supermarket and bakery (so getting supplies is easy) as well as the gorgeous St. Moritz lake. We were there with 3 small childre…

We absolutely loved our time at Katherine's place. When we walked in, we were actually pleasantly surprised. I had been expecting something smaller and more rustic based on a previous reviewer and communication with Katherine. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The b…

If you have a big group and everyone getting a place to sleep is top priority, this could be a good place for you. It has a delicious bakery really close by and is in walking distance to everything. I wouldn't say it was dirty, but it was quite outdated, and a bit dingy with an o…

Response from Katherine:
Our flat is certainly not an up to date, expensively done out, typically slick St Moritz flat. It has been a much-used and much-loved family holiday home, since it was built in the 1950s. The furniture is dated as many are family antiques and those that aren't are functional pieces of furniture rather than luxury pieces. Bathrooms and kitchen are all old fashioned yet functional. We recognise this in pricing our flat. Maya booked for just two people but our flat sleeps six in three bedrooms and is a fraction of the price of other apartments sleeping six in the neighborhood (ours is 90-130CHF per night and others are between 300-500CHF - and some considerably more). Tourist tax, linen and towels are also all included in the cost. I will speak to the cleaners about Maya's concerns about the cleaning - we have just started renting the flat out so it is very useful to get feedback like this so we can ensure all is well. It is a perfect flat for a group or family who are looking for a flat close to all amenities with plenty of space but aren't so concerned about decor and luxury and are looking for a functional apartment in which to top and tail their daily outdoor adventures.
