You will be renting a completely private apartment unit in a residential building & you will have the flat all for yourself! :)
Nevertheless, I will be available 24h/7 for any additional help. Also, if you require any additional information about "things to do" during your stay in Belgrade, please let me know and I will do my very best to help where I can.
Other things to note
Even though majority of apartments in Belgrade are not officially registered and they are rented out illegally, all of my apartments, including this one, are categorized, which means rented out completely legally.
According to Serbian law, organisations and individuals providing accommodation services to foreigners, as well as locals whom foreigners are visiting, must register foreigners in the local police department within 12 hours of their arrival.
A foreigner organizing his own accommodation, must register his stay or change of address with the police the day after his arrival in Serbia, or within 24 hours of the change of place of residency or change of address.
This way all my guests are secured in case anything happens during their stay in Belgrade and there is no possibility for them to have any problems at the crossing border unlike other people who are not registered at all.
In addition to that, you are asked to provide your passport/ID details upon arrival and pay the city tax of 1,3 Eur per day per person.

*Rates exclude city tax of €1.3 per person daily. Children under the age of 7 do not pay the city tax, while children between 7 and 15 years old pay only a half of that amount. Payable for the first 30 nights of stay.
*Regular check-in/out time is from 14h on arrival and until 11h on Departure. For check-in and check-out time between 22h and 8h, there is surcharge in the amount of €22.
*Check-in and check-out is by arrangement. There won't be any surcharge if guest is less then a 30 minutes late after the arranged time. If the guest is late for more then 30-60 minutes, there is surcharge in the amount of €10 for that as well as for every following hour.
*In case guest requires staying in the apartment after 11h, it can be arranged if the apartment is available. With prior announcement, guest can keep the apartment until 14h with surcharge in the amount of 50 % of the daily apartment rate, or after 14h by paying the full amount of the daily rent.
*You are kindly asked to leave the apartment you rented tidy and to take out garbage from the apartment (you are not obliged to clean it, we will do it of course). Otherwise, there is surcharge for final cleaning of €30.
