The space
Welcome to Ruby by Hotelise — where bold color meets warm character in a top-tier, freshly built home. This is one of those places that just feels right the moment you walk in.
📍 38 Zarobyan Street , a quiet residential area just 6 minutes from the Cascade, tucked away from the noise but seconds from the action. Beautiful new building, good lift, and smart-lock self check-in , everything easy from the first step.
Living Room & Kitchen:
It’s all about vibe and comfort here. Terracotta tones fill the space with energy and warmth. Large Smart TV, custom wooden shelving, modern furniture, and just enough design drama to make it feel special. Dining area is perfect for morning coffees or lazy dinner nights, and the open kitchen is properly kitted out: large fridge, oven, extractor, island stove, and even a washer/dryer. Oh, and there’s a cozy faux-fireplace that adds unexpected charm. AC of course, for perfect climate year-round.
Bedroom:
Bright but calm, exactly what a bedroom should be. Double bed, blackout curtains for a good sleep, big wardrobe, and a peaceful palette with those signature Ruby red walls. It’s got presence without shouting.
Bathroom:
All newly tiled, modern shower cabin with great pressure, LED-lit mirror, hygienic toilet shower, stylish and functional, just as it should be.

Other things to note
1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking.
2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service.
3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies
4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests.
5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty.
6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning.
7. If the listing mentions Netflix or other streaming platforms, it refers only to the availability of the app on the smart TV. We no longer provide shared or corporate accounts. Guests must log in with their subscription after check-in.
