This area is scenic and easy to get around.
We have the perfect location; Just a two minute walk along a beautiful jungle path will place you at the high tide line on Playa Guiones.
We are located away from the main road yet still walking distance to restaurants, grocery and surf shops.
There is a shared pool with garden lounges as well as an outdoor shower, a hammock and surfboard storage in the garden area.
Need more space? We have a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhome and a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment located on the property.
The space
You have exclusive access to this 370 square foot garden view studio apartment with well equipped kitchenette and small patio with table and chairs. This is one of four units that we own and manage on the property.
This air conditioned room can be made up with a king bed or two twin beds.
The pool, pool lounges and the garden lounges are shared with other guests.
We do not have laundry equipment in the unit. Laundry Service is available at a nominal fee.
Guest access
Self check in by retrieving a key from a key safe or assisted check in with our co-host during daytime hours.
We will deliver gate codes and key safe code a few days before your arrival.
Other things to note
Playa Guiones experiences occasional power and water interruptions, most are short term inconveniences.
We are located in a tropical environment, the best way to minimize ants and bugs inside the unit is to keep kitchen surfaces clean and dry.
This is a gated property but we suggest that you take all personal items inside when you retire for the evening.
We appreciate it if you run AC only with doors and windows closed. Please turn off all AC units when you leave the house. The indoor space will cool off in a few minutes when you return.
We have limited parking on the property. If you have a car or golf cart, please check with us prior to booking as you may be required to park on the road outside our gate. We cannot provide electricity for charging electric golf carts.
