Guests are responsible for any damage caused by misuse of the heating or filtration system. Repair costs resulting from failure to follow these rules may be charged through Airbnb.

All guests will have access to the entire home EXCEPT: the 1 locked closets found in the laundry hallway, and the garage, which are all used for storage of supplies for the AirBnB.
