Should you be arriving at the apartment after 8pm or before 9am you must let us know at least 24 hours in advance. An out-of-hours check-in fee will be applied if your time of arrival is after 8pm or before 9am, £50 before and £100 after 11pm.

4. We provide extra bed at an additional cost of GBP 20 per night.
5. We provide travel cot/high chair at an additional cost of GBP 35 per week.
6. We do not allow parties/loud music in our apartments.

8. In order to ensure the best possible service and comfort during your stay with us, we would ask you to provide us with the following information:
a. Please advise us of your estimated time of arrival in London as well as at the apartment for the key collection at the time of booking.
b. Guest has to call our front desk team an hour prior to arrival at the apartment. Should we not have heard from you, or been able to contact you one hour after you were due to arrive, we will leave the apartment and await your call. This will incur a £30 charge during our Front Desk hours and may then delay us being able to get back to the apartment to give you the keys. If after the Front Desk hours you may not be able to gain access to your apartment.
Apartment was clean and the location was great. Our host met us and was very friendly.
La evaluación es muy buena. El apartamento moderno , muy luminoso y con vistas muy bonitas sobre el Támesis, ademas estaba muy limpio. La situacion era tambien muy buena con parada de metro a 2o 3 minutos . Eramos 5 adultos, lo recomiendo para familias i tambien para grupos de 4 o 5 personas. Volveria sin dudarlo.
Flat was lovely and in a wonderful location. The flat we recieved was not the exact flat pictured (ours was wall-to-wall carpeted whereas the photos show a flat with hardwood floors) but the quality and size were dead-on accurate. The apartment facility is quite large and finding the unit required paying close attention, as there are many entrances and your key fob only opens one of the downstairs doors, but once you get your bearings, it's not hard to find. The hot water in the unit is on a time based schedule, and we had some issues getting it to produce hot water at the hours we wanted, but the manuals for all of the appliances are there, and we figured it out before too long. ll in all it's a great space with great amenities (fast and easy internet) and a clean, modern atmosphere.

I had booked a 2 bed room flat for 5 people, however the folding bed for the 5th people cannot lie flat, there was some problem with the wheel of the bed. Also, they put a wrong wifi password on the welcome pack, i tried to call the staff, but they just came and left us a note saying that the wifi was good , which I found out the wifi password on the pack was different from the one on router two days later, without access to the internet did make my stay a bit inconvenient.
Yet, I would definitely stay here again. Good and safe location with easy access to everywhere. I stayed on second floor with a terrace, which gave the flat a lot of fresh air.
The apartment is very nice and we were the very first people to stay there. Just a 2 minute walk to the DLR made it easy to get around London and Greenwich is just 2 stops away. This is the penthouse with a large deck and lots of doors. There is a fantastic Indian Restaurant close by and the Chinese Restaurant that is about 50 meters from the front door has the best dim sum. The only problem is the check-in location and the apartment are not that close to each other. This needs a little better explanation in the check in information. But other than that, would I stay here again? Without a doubt.
