  • Great position and a neat little place in Montmartre. We ended up booking on late notice but everything went without a hitch and Pascal was great to deal with and very easy going.

  • The apartment was in a great area, close to everything. The view leaning out the windows was beautiful. The apt. is small but is fine for a single or couple. It is a long climb up the stairs but that is okay too. The heaters work very well and there is good lighting inside. We had a great time in Paris and liked this location very much.

  • Very nice flat in wonderful quartier: everything was within a walking distance, including metro station. Flat was on the upper floor with great view, and everything worked very smoothly and fast with the owner Pascal. Can be recommened!

  • We haven`t met Pascal, but he was very helpful as he allowed us to leave our luggage in his flat till night. The flat is nice and the location is perfect, very close to the underground station and the atmosphere of the area is really nice. The only problems we found were the smell of the carpet and the toilet which was not very clean.
Anyway, I would recommend this flat if you want to spend some days in Paris.

  • Everything was good! It was our first time traveling for both me and my girlfriend, the appartement was good, great location, a minute walk from the metro and a minute from the grocery store. You have a café downstairs and bars. The pictures are accurate for the views you have and the place is safe. We did not meet Pascal in person but on the phone he seemed to be a really cool person. It is a good place to stay if you're traveling alone or in couple in Paris.

  • Excellent sejour !

  • Everything was wonderful: the apartment, the neighborhood, and Pascal was very helpful and accommodating! I would love to stay here again on my next trip to Paris. Highly recommended!

  • The good: great price in a great neighborhood. Pascal was awesome in meeting us and agreeing to have us stay on short notice. Great view. Good restaurants around and easy access to the city.
The bad: not super clean. I felt like I was staying in a friends place in college. Caution if you bring your wife or GF.

  • Stayed for three nights.

Pros: Location is very nice. Practically at a Velib station; within 2 blocks of the Abbesses and Anvers stops on the Metro and the Montmartre Funicular. Can see Sacre-Coeur from the window. (Not that rare because the church is on top of a huge hill, but still nice!) Has a working combination washer-dryer, WiFi, etc. The six flights of stairs up are good exercise. Pascal courteously accommodated my 10 a.m. arrival and otherwise I did not see him, which was as I wanted it.

Cons: Most of the apartment (including the bed) smells faintly-to-moderately of cigarettes. There is often street noise late at night (even on the 7th floor) if you have the windows open.
